building a pointer from game object

hi there,

I am very new to unity, c# and touch script. I tried to build a pointer from a game-object that is controlled by a Kinect-sensor. so far the game-object follows my hand. now I want to start the "touch" when the hand get closed. therefore I receive a status from the Kinect-interface and a bool-variable from the game-object is set to true. but how can I tell touch script, that the object is a pointer an now "pressed"? I studied your documentations and tutorials for days but get no clue.

any help is appreciated. thank you in advance.

If you are new to Unity and C# you might not be skilled enough to do this.
The right approach would be to write an Input Source which converts data from Kinect to TouchScript pointers. But, it is not the easiest task. I wrote some info about how to do this here: ... put-Source
