Latest Update Fullscreen Layer stops button presses?

Postby kaltemrix » Wed Aug 02, 2017 3:49 am

Hi,
I recently updated to 9.0 and since then, all my Buttons have stopped working. When i disable my one full-screen layer they work but i'm relying on that full-screen layer for one of my features so i cant get rid of it. Ive tried giving them Standard Layers and making sure they're at the top of the PointerLayers hierarchy and that didnt seem to work either.

Am i doing something wrong?
Not super proficient in Unity so i'm bound to be making rookie errors in places and this one has stumped me.

Thanks :D

Can you look at TouchManager Layers property and make sure that FullscreenLayer is on the bottom? It is probably blocking all other layers.

Yep its at the bottom and it still doesn't work.
I've uploaded a screen shot of the properties in case i'm missing something.

Fixed my issue and have concluded that im an Idiot. Didn't have a Standard Layer on the camera. I was putting them on the UI Elements for some reason. Thanks for helping me realise my mistake ahah

Good to know (not that you are an idiot, but that you solved the issue q:)!
You need only one StandardLayer for the system to work.
