First of all, thank you for this amazing asset.
I have a uGUI menu and under this I have a in game 2D collider.
The problem is when I interact with the window, the input go through the window and the collider get it.
How can I block the ray when I have a window open?

EDIT: I have seen IsPointerOverGameObject: http://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/EventSystems.EventSystem.IsPointerOverGameObject.html
but I woudn't like to use that all over the code.
